You will not find a better place to rent. The property is a bit older, but very nice. The best part of this place is the manager is 100% up to date on Texas Apartment Laws, and knows the lease inside and out. You will never have to worry about ever having any "surprises" happening to you in regards to this. If you know your lease, and what you sign upon renting, you will know that this is the case. Read the lease, know the lease, and you will never be surprised, this is true of any contract.

I totally agree. The office staff is always extremely up front with residents and do not hide anything. You will never be surprised with phony charges and they are very good about taking you seriously and helping you out with anything you need.
