After reading other reviews I felt that it would be helpful to submit my experience. The floor plans are huge and spacious with ample closet space. I loved the apartment but the office staff was horrible. You would think you still lived under your parents roof. The manager spies on tenants and also use maintenace to spie on you. She is not a people friendly person.They also entered my apt. without knocking. They will even go out of thier way to ask you to pick up someone elses cigarette butt. My car also got broken into. As close as mangement spends every waking moment watching tenants,it makes you wonder how could this happen. I loved the apt. HATED the management.

I have been living here for 2 years and I have never had anyone from the office staff ask me to pick up any trash that was not mine. Once, my husband did pick up some trash that had been spilled in the parking lot, and the office named him Resident of the Month and gave him a coupon for a free pizza. The office staff may come across as a little intimidating and strict at first, but everything they do is in the best interest of the residents. That is why we are one of the safest places to live in Tyler. Get to know the office staff before you judge them based on someone else's experience. They are knowledgeable people who really know how to get the job done correctly. As far as someone entering the apartment without knocking, I'm not sure that this could be true. There have been times that I have not heard people knocking because these apartments are insulated well and block out a ton of noise. I personally love the apartment and am very pleased with the management.

I totally agree with you! That's EXACTLY how I felt! I wrote my own review about the office staff on March 5th I believe...did you read it? I felt they were always in/around my apartment, they didn't ever do anything about the noisey people becuase heaven forbid they loose money! The office ACTUALLY called me and my husband in there to talk to us about my review! Did they do that to you? She was all crying and everything! I mean, what was she, my parent? I loved the apartment too, just not the staff. They were horrid! We live in Bullard Creek now and we absolutely love it! The office never bothers you except for general maintenence stuff and it's seldom. We like it!
