There are mainly bad reviews on this site, so I thought I would take the time to set the record straight.

There was a time when I had some issues with the apartment, and it was a stupid mistake on my part to not talk to the office first and find out the truth about some of the things I had a problem with. I just sat back and remained unpleased with some things, and once I let the office know, they took care of everything. I have lived here almost 2 years now, and to tell you the truth it is not bad at all. These apartments are 35 years old, so they are not the newest in town, but they are the biggest. The value you get from living here is unbeatable. I live in a one bedroom apartment, and I have 3 walk in closets, a small hall closet, a pantry in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. It was surprising to me that a one bedroom apartment could accommodate all of my junk that I have! As far as size goes, these apartments are top notch.

A lot of people on here have criticized the office staff, but they are probably the people who have not gotten to know them very well. They are well educated on all of the ins and outs of the apartment business. Like I said, I used to have some problems, but I quickly found out that letting them know about them is the best way to go. If you have a problem with something, or if you are unhappy with some aspect of your apartment, just let them know, and they are more than willing to work with you to make your life here a great experience.

The office staff keeps close tabs on all of the residents and their guests, but when you think about it, it really is a good thing. After speaking with the office, I found out that our crime rate here is one of the lowest in the city. That is surprising since we are not a gated community. It really just goes to show that they are working as hard as they can to keep our community safe.

If you read some of these articles on this website, please do take the information you receive and take time to sit down and talk with someone in the office about the issues. Like my previous problems, these were probably spurred by one incident that caused this person to write untrue things about their apartment before talking to the office and exploring the options.

This is a great place to live and is a very economically good choice for anyone. Their floor plans are extensive and there are several to choose from. If you ever have a maintenance issue, it will usually be taken care of right away, depending on their workload for that particular day. Please do not read the negative reviews and be turned away from our community. We are safe, reasonably priced, and very clean. The company takes great pride in their work, and those of us who live here are thankful for such a thorough and knowledgeable office staff.
