This place has been really great, I have lived here for 4 years in a two bedroom, the maintenance are very courteous and usually fix the problem within the same day of your report, sometimes within the hour, the office staff are very friendly and helpful, they keep the pool nice, thats the only drawback, there is only one medium size pool.
The laundry room is definitly average. But I dont use it anyway. They also give a 5% discount to students, preferred employers etc.
