I have lived here for about 3 years and is very pleased! I feel safe which is my #1 priority. Besides that I have not had any major issues but I have had some minor ones. But that comes with living in apartments. My first issue was coming home from work and the maintenace man was in my apartment fixing a leak in my bathroom that was leaking downstairs and they tore my entire bathroom up, taking the toliet up and removing the floor. That was fine that they were fixing it, but the problem was when they did not call me and let me know and they had been in my apartment from 10am until well after I got home. So I was totally surprised to walk in and see someone in my apartment, my air was going and lights were on.

Another issue was that my electric bill was way too high. i lived in an efficiency apartment and my bill would range from $100-$120 per month. Eventually it finally went down but only to about $85-$95 per month. They even had flyers around asking for people whom bills were high to contact the office and the office was trying to get the residents to switch electric companies to save money...it was that bad. My neighbor electric bill was $140 and he lived next door in an efficiency also.

A good incidence was when I came home from out of town during the summer and it was over 100 degrees in my apartment. It was 12:30am and I had to call emergency maintenace b/c my A/C had gone out, or at least I thought. The neighbors downstairs had a problem with their A/C and they thought their compressor went out but actually they had my A/C unit and the downstairs neighbor unit mixed up. The compressor was not out on my unit they had shut a switch off and had to come out and cut it back on and my A/C was fine after that. By this time it was after 1am and the maintenace man stayed longer to fix the downstairs neighbor unit...he was really nice!
