I lived at this residence for almost a year. Neighbors are ok, however the staff is not as great as you think. I moved in Last year, There were two major problems I noticed with my apartment when signing my lease. I notified staff before moving in to resolve issue. The problem was never solved, Two months later I notified again, I was promises it would be taken care of, Nine months later It was taken care of. Please donot expect maintenence or staff to resolve matters in a timely manner! the other issue was kids in the complex. Please never make plans to go to bed before midnight, if u want peace. From 3pm to midnight there a children from all ages hanging out,being disruptive,and noisy in all areas. Don't get me wrong the apartments are very nice, although they are not worth the hassle!

could you please give me more details? I am thinking of moving in there and I cannot get enough from this review to make a decision. My fiance and I are blind both of us and cannot usually see very many problems. However, I have had one apartment complex in houston where the doors were painted over during the cleaning process and wouldn't shut. I called, about four times but the maintenance never took care of it so I was forced to use my pocket knife to solve the issue. Was the maintenance that bad?
