The apartment cost is within reason. Washer and dryer are ava in every unit. Manience has impoved with getting things fixed in a timely manner. Its in the middle of the city so you arent traveling a long distance across town.. North or South. Schools are near. However the down side is that children have no wear to play so they are always playing in the parking lots and breeze ways. The gate is never fixed so anyone can come and go as they please. Music is played very loud at late hours. You can hear every little thing thought thin walls. Crime is often ,but has calmed down very much!!! Office staff attiudes could stand to improve. I would refer this complex to others if the just needed somewhere to live..

They have fixed the gate!!!! I t was broke for like 8months only to have it broken again a few days later! Ghetto peeps running into the gate. Bad A** kids keep tearing up the pool so it stays locked down. I don't swim in there but those who do can't use it. The management still has attitude issues!!! The noise is always an issue. Nasty kids throw things over balconies, running in front of cars, vandalism on cars because kids are not watched. Peeps throwing parties at 3am, fighting, cursing, punching vehicles ect. They just fixed parking lights that have been out for like a year. The situation is better but it could stand to be improved!!! This is a Ghetto complex and it s not just about the race. It looks okay. You have to be careful when signing any lease here they will tell you 6months and give you a year. I read everything!!! I made them fix my lease and had the nerves to act ignorant. Month to month is available but they will never tell you. I had so many things wrong in my apartment the day I moved in ( I moved to a better bigger apartment which turned out to be worse than what I was in!!) from filthy carpet, broken appliances, loose nails and tacks in carpet , broken shower heads , cables hanging out the wall, wiring issues ect.. The insect issue is just disgusting. First ants, roaches, gnats, water bugs, spiders, you name it you will find it. I don t keep trash in my place and I am very clean!!! The apartment will not spray for everything and the only spray for roaches in your kitchen. Maintenance can barely fix things and English isn t too good but will argue with you about the issue at hand that was never properly fixed the first time. Like I said if you just need a place go ahead!!! You have to have been homeless to want to move in here. I never expect things to be perfect but my move here was awful!!!
