Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Staff is very helpful. The other tenants keep to themselves for the most part. I have had no problems with bugs. If you are not a smoker and a smoker lives near you, you can smell in your apartment. Rent went up $10 to $15 every time re-new lease.
