This place is great if you are a drug dealer or thug. My husband got a knife pulled on him in the parking lot. The drug dealers are in the back of the property but they have to drive thru with the car radios blastin. Getting out onto Broadway is hell so I hope you don't have to go to work at 7 or come home at 5. Stay away from this place you can find nicer and cheaper places.

I have lived here for YEARS and this is completely false. No drug dealers. You know how kids are with their stereos every once in a while, but that does not happen anymore as those tenants are gone. I have NO ISSUES getting out on broadway and I have to be at work by 7 and get off during rush hour.
