Unless you like dealing with floods....

I moved in a few months ago and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. When we connected my washer and dryer, the toilet in the laundry overflowed and I had sewage on my floor for a day and half before they decided to come and fix it. We found black mold in the storage closet underneath the stair case. My apartment was far from "move in ready". Come to find out, no one had lived in that apartment for a year which leads me to believe that management was fully aware that there was something wrong with that unit. I woke up one morning to water coming out of my ceiling. My neighbors apartment and that flood started to come into my unit. Today, I woke up to an inch of water all over my downstairs area. Sure it looks nice, but when you get down to it, this place is a hell hole. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. The only good thing that I have to say is that the office is staff are very nice and they have new maintenance guy. God bless him.

I believe I am actually this persons former neighbor and everything she has stated is very accurate. The mold, flooding, and roof leaks are a huge problem. I have a big problem with the owner's attitude towards renter's complaints, but the manager, Phyllis, is a very likable and friendly lady who is always willing to help solve any issues you may have.
