I've lived here for almost three years and have no complaints with the owner/managers. Of course there have been some problem tenants, but the management can't predict what people will do. They addressed those issues when brought to their attention. Maintenance is prompt,the location is very convenient to everything on south broadway, there is a program for tenants to pay their rent in installments, the grounds are clean and pretty, there is assigned parking spaces in front of each apartment, the units are spacious, and small pets are allowed. Living close to other people requires a certain amount of tolerance and is something one should consider when deciding where to live.
