This place is a nightmare. It's a health hazard with black mold growing inside the walls. Sometimes you might see it but mostly it can be hidden. Regardless, it WILL make you sick. I have doctor bills to prove that. The owners answer to fixing this problem' Just cover it up with new sheetrock! Speaking of the "owner", --------, she only works 2 hours a day so good luck trying to talk to her. She presents herself as a little rich chickie with better things to do than deal with the riff raff. She drops in occasionally and then she's off and running with her little pocket doggie. To the point, if you spit in the yard these apartments flood. We were told the problem could not be fixed with our apartment. Hmmmmm. Communication with the office staff is a hit and miss proposition. They keep hours that please them, not the tenants. And, NEVER, EVER HAVE AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING SITUATION ON THE WEEKEND. You're on your own there, pal. Hope you don't mind wading through someone elses feces floating around on your floor. Been there, done that. Then, to add insult to injury, upon move out the witch docked our security deposit for "cleaning fees". The apartment was a hundred times cleaner when we left than when we moved in. The water damaged carpet upstairs was due to their failure to fix the hot water heater leak in a timely manner. Oh, almost forgot this. This place is party central. If you don't have to get up and go to work in the morning you'll love it. If you like living around drug dealers and drunks you'll like this place, too. As far as assigned parking goes, that's a joke. If your spot is open you get to park in it. Otherwise, too bad for you. Also, your spot is a tiny little space so if you have a nice car prepare to have the crap dinged out of it constantly. Bottomline, the place is a slum and it is owned and managed by idiots. All they care about is taking your money.

You are soo RIGHT! I currently live in this ---- hole and this place SUCKS! Can't wait for the lease to be up!
