In Response to Negative comments on Maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
We have lived here for 3 years and maintenance has been a problem in the past year but they have hired a new maintenance guy that started this past Summer and there is 100% improvement in response time and definately the quality of work. We also like the location too. It is within walking distance of the schools for our kids and I can even walk to work and to the grocery store.
