Hope you aren't interested in being treated fairly if you rent from the little girl who got this complex from her daddy. She is only interested in getting her money and sticking it to you as much as possible. They run things like they want around here, and aren't interested in keeping their tenants happy.

My question to this person and others is WHY do you feel the need to lash out at a person who you DON'T know? If you are referring to the owners who are nice and maybe CARE about the property, you are WRONG! I have lived at this property for 4 years, seen many people come and go but NEVER had any problems with management. Could it be because I pay my rent on time, don't cause problems and uphold the lease I signed? The GOLDEN RULE goes a long way in life!
