DO NOT RENT HERE. these people ARE money grubbing two faced whores. they seem like they care at first then once you get in, that act is out of the window.
1. we told them we wanted a 6 month lease. they typed it in as a 12 month.
2. our bathtub would leak into our kitchen and leave a puddle on the floor which we slipped on multiple times. and they couldn't find the problem
3. they left the townhouse next door to us unlocked and kids broke in and stopped up the kitchen sink. and it flooded into our house and they complex did nothing to help us clean up or replace our rugs.
4. the sink backed two more times into our laundry room and all they did was put a cap on the drain from our side and said sorry you cannot use your washer anymore.
5. our water heater went out and they replaced it really fast because we threatened them, but when they replaced it, they did not tighten a pipe thick enough and it leaked and flooded into the kitchen and all through the bathroom causing black mold to show up and they said sorry we cannot fix it till the water drys up. and we cant get you a new place till that happens. and we will not let you out of your lease either.
6. now they decided to put a bad report on our renters history blacklisting us from leasing anywhere else.

these people are criminals...

There is no basis to call these people names. They are really great people and I have lived here for YEARS. They do care about their tennants and respond promptly to any issues I have had.

So far everything is fine we have had some plumbing issues but they have been handled promptly. I hope it all works out in the end.
