At first this place seemed like a great idea for 4 college students. But, when you stop and figure that each students pays about 250.00 for the "use" of the furniture (nonrefundable)and each student pays a $200.00 deposit/application fee ($75.00 nonrefundable) I think you could do a lot better just renting a 3 bedroom unfurnished apartment some place else. Plus, the bedrooms here are really tiny. You have to be a student at TJC or UTT to live here and it is convenient. There is almost no closet space. Definitely better than a dorm but I am moving into a "real" apartment for my second year.
