A large Complex. If you are on the East end...you are lucky...if not it is loud and busy. Too many College students from the Jr. College visit here...not enough students from UT Tyler live here to keep it a little quiter. A problem with visitors/sneak-in's through gates. No real problem with crime that I experienced but there is some, in some areas of the complex. The office staff is unhelpful and inexperienced. Maintenance was good as far as I remember. Don't take an apartment here if you don't have to turn right when you drive in the complex...they segregate the likely noise makers from the likely quite tenants. Remember...Turn right, OK...turn left, you will wish you never moved in!
