This is the worst place in Tyler for a student to live. The office staff is rude and not very knowledgeable. Parking is horrible. RENT IS THE WORST FEATURE! A one bedroom apartment, which is basically a dorm room with a tiny kitchen is 490 a month, A MONTH! Maintenence is intrusive and does not accomplish much, even though they make a point to barge into the apartment twice a month to inspect what they already inspected two weeks prior. Security is decent I suppose since it is provided by campus police. Extremely noisy, and staff does not seem to care. I here loud music EVERY SINGLE night blasting through the walls. I have complained but it does not stop.
