Let me just break this down for you.. What you pay in this ---- hole.
I live in a 2 bedroom apt. Me and my roommate both pay $382 a month for rent. Plus electricity, plus cable, plus internet. Might I add that your internet is $100...A SEMESTER!! The only thing you get here for free is water.
The apartments are in bad condition. Lots of water damage and drainage problems.
The rent here has gone up over $60 in 2 years, please explain that to me'' Nothing has changed with the apartments.
This is a trap for freshman who are moving out for the first time. It is convienant and on campus. Dont move in here, I'm serious. Unless your parents are paying for everything or if you really want to live on campus, really consider anywhere else.
OH AND MIGHT I ADD!!!! Theres a raccoon that lives in the 1 dumpster we have here and it scares the hell out of me every time I go out there to throw trash away. PEST CONTROL PLEASE.
On the upside, Ive never experienced any problems with the staff being unprofessional, rude, or disregarding problems I have. Whenever I fill out work orders, they were there within 20 minutes. Its also nice to be surrounded by college students.
