I live at University Pines because it was the most convenient place, but not so much. The manager doesn't know what she's doing! I was placed with a bad roommate, who's boyfriend lived across the way from us and he never stayed in his one bedroom apartment, he was always in our apartment. When I went to talk to the manager, she only suggested that I talk to my roommate, who was ALWAYS with her boyfriend, so that wasn't a possibility. My parents called time and time again to even try and complain and it took two months for the manager to do ANYTHING. They didn't care that he had a gun which isn't allowed on school campus and after about two months when during one of the calls about the situation, the manager couldn't even talk without stuttering. The apartments are WAY too expensive for what you get, $502 for two bedrooms, but the only thing that is solely yours is your bedroom, the shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen are SMALL. The bedroom window never locked; even when the lock was locked, you could use enough force to push it up. And the pet policy was that you couldn't have any, but I saw one of the girls in the complex walking her dog around the area. The complex doesn't abide by their rules! Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with these apartments, I expected more from a school affiliated complex.

sounds like a damn crybaby to me. should of switched places with your roommates boyfriend
