It is way over priced, you will constantly be hassled by the staff (no privacy), maintenance men will enter your apartment unannounced, other tenants are loud (especially at 3 in the morning), and there are too many controlling rules. Oh yeah, sometimes, after the maintenance men enter your apartment unannounced, they will forget to lock your door when they leave!
