I agree with some of the other reviews I've read. The rent is OUTRAGEOUS, the leasing staff - accountant - will agree to work with you then serve you with a pay or quit notice. I had my debit card stolen and explained to her I was waiting on the money that was stolen to be credited to my account so I could pay rent and she said no problem just keep her updated. Within 5 days I had a pay or quit notice on my door. Plus, the parking is very limited.
