I can't say that it is BAD... but I won't live here again. Maintenance was always prompt, my apartment was really nice.... its just a rough crowd here. My boyfriend was walking from his apartment to mine and got approached by a group of 5 guys threatening him ... they obviously were confused (probably high) and luckily realized they had the wrong guy. So if you think you can handle it go for it... A new company just bought AIMCO out so hopefully it will turn around. The only way they are going to get out all of the trash is to raise the rent.
