dirty,bugs,a security disaster

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Now called EMERALD RIDGE APARTMENTS ,the name has changed to try to establish a new reputation.We moved our UTT kids into this place unaware.Looks good on the surface,nice model, close to campus etc. but a very poor choice.Shootings,aborted fetus in the dumpster that was all over the news,screams for help at night, frequent domestic disturbances.Our kids were afraid there.
