I have read over many of these reviews and it just is remarkable how people blame the Management on things that they can not help. Like parking, burglaries, and stuff. That is life. I have been parked at the mall and my vehicle broken into and that does not mean its the malls fault - it is society. There are criminals out there unfortunately. Parking- I have never gotten a close place at the mall - it is first come first serve anywhere you live that you are renting unless you pay extra for covered parking. I don't need any extra put on me so I will just walk. But I have lived at Emerald Ridge for about seven years. There are times I have to wait on maintenance but unfortunately today something may break of mine that broke on someones earlier and they used the last part and have to wait on supplies. This can happen if you own your own home and then you have to pay for the repair. So - people take a deep breath and realize that life is not perfect. You can live in the Tashma Hall and still have things break on you and if they have it in stock they are able to take care of it immediately. And how many times have you had a bad day at work and someone reported you being rude. I never seen any of the new staff at Emerald Ridge be rude to anyone. They are friendly and constatly try to do things for the residents and the community. But if anyone asked me where to live. I would tell them any where is what you make of it and that crime happens every where. But I have enjoyed my stay here with Emerald Ridge and look forward to renewing my lease again.
