Masquerading as Emerald Ridge Apartment Homes. Read the other review. Security is so lax, due to the gated community door breaking down from usage (i.e. others who come in). The office staff is horrible; turnover is 100% since I moved into the complex. DON'T ever be late with the rent; they will screw you to get more money out of you and then quote the agreement that you signed with them. The only thing it has going for it is the proximity to the university. Recommendation: if you absolutely have to live here, get an apartment in the front (as close to the office as possible).
