I have lived here for many years. The Manager that is currently there left sometime in 2001-I believe- Many people were happy to see her return. The company that took over has brought in a great staff. They are friendly and have lots of fun activities for all ages. The bad thing is that not many of the residents attend and that sure makes it discouraging for them to continue with the activities. The office staff is so friendly and the maintenance are good at letting you know about what is going on with your repairs in your apartment. All in all I say that there are many apartment communities in Tyler to choose from but living at any of them is what you make of it. I love it here and I will tell anyone to move here and you won't regret it.
