Basically a College Dorm

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
It's not a bad place at all. The complex stays full up from August to mid-December and from January to mid-May because of the college students. If you happen to be living next door to students, just hope they are the quiet kind that like to study. If not, you'll get tired of the noise.
