I have no good things to say about this place. I have lived here for over 2 years and at first, It was nice but they are now under new management and things are getting worse. The office staff knows nothing and are college students working as RA's to get free rent. The manager isn't helpful at all! The place is trashy, ghetto, laundry facilities are just nasty (ruined 3 loads of laundry), speed bumps are way to big and if you have a small vehicle, you will scrape every time, apartments are old, appliances are outdated, too small for what you pay for, and there is black mold growing in the airducts. I wouldn't recommend living here unless you want to deal with the violence, noise, people walking the streets at 2am, etc etc etc.
