This is was my very first apartment right out of high school. I moved from Denton to Tyler for school. I only moved here because my first real friend in Tyler had leased here and she really liked it.. so I leased too that is when all the bad started. First when I leased she was supposed to get money off her rent for referring me, never happend. Next I had more maintenance issues than a property that age should have. My light fell out of my ceiling when neither my upstairs neighbors nor myself were home! The maint. staff took three days to put it back up. The ceiling fell in in my bathroom ( I was in a one bedroom) It took them a day before they came to fix it. There were always drug deals going down in the parking lot, being a young female it always made me very nervous to walk from my car to my apt. The officer onsite never left his little booth! There were parties every night that were so loud you could hear them across the parking lot! The grounds were nothing to sing about. The mail area was always dirty with crap all over the ground and the laundry looked like the ghetto. Now onto the staff, they were all young, rude, and just there for a paycheck! I was never greeted when I came in. Half the time they wouldn't even lift the head from what they were doing. The manager was the worst of them all! She didn't give a ---- about her resident what so ever. I hated it so much I moved in the middle of Dec and moved out the beginning of may. I paid to break my lease and got the hell out of there. Pay a little more and have to drive a little further to school, this place is a nightmare don't put yourself through it!
