I lived at Villa Milano since summer of 2007. There was a change in owners and manager and it has improved a lot. It is hard to find a place with heat and air conditioning paid. Electric is paid to Villa Milano and is cheap, my bill is around $40 a month. Manager lives on site and responds to maintenace right away. I like that it is quiet here and there is a large laundry next door. My apartment was re-done when I moved in and very clean. There are nicer places in Tyler but not at this price.
