Good place for the money

I lived at Villa Milano since summer of 2007.
There was a change in owners and manager and it has improved a lot.
It is hard to find a place with heat and air conditioning paid.
Electric is paid to Villa Milano and is cheap, my bill is around $40 a month.
Manager lives on site and responds to maintenace right away.
I like that it is quiet here and there is a large laundry next door.
My apartment was re-done when I moved in and very clean.
There are nicer places in Tyler but not at this price.

Bull crap!!! villa milano is a hell hole. The owner of the apartments had verbally abused a older man. He cursed at him and told him he didnt care if he moved out. The a/c doesnt blow cold air most of the time. There are noisy neighbors. In fact there is a couple that lives next to me and they holler and scream at 2 and 3 in the morning. i have called the cops 6 times in 5-6 months and the manager doesnt do anything about it. If you are just looking for some where to lay your head down at night. This place may be for you, but if you need a piece of mind, cold air when it's hot outside, and heat when its cold outside dont bother coming to this place, its a scam!!
