OMG were to start. Villa Milano is the WORST complex I have ever seen or heard of. Like the other poster stated the owners son is a rude SOB. He stated to myself he is GOD and could do what he wanted. I am now suing Centerpeice properties/Villa Milano Apts. and named George Cooper as rep. of the property. I had never had my car broken into until moving to villa milano. The maint., mgmt., pest control, every aspect of this complex is less than I would let any person stay in.
