I live in a 3 bedroom with two of my college friends. It was the cheapest in town. We have had a wide array of nieghbors. It is a large property and on my side we have had few problems.

In our building we have had fairly nice nieghbors, we get along.

There are definitely better places in Tyler, but for the money you can't beat WP. There is, now, an on duty gaurd at night. I don't know if that's worth anything though.

There appear to be quite a few gang bangers and thugs that hang out on the other side of the apts. The pool is horrible, and most other things are run down. The speed bumps are ridiculous and way too high. Everyone leaves a path in the parking lot so that you can avoid the speed bumps all together. They will damage your vehicle.

Anyway, like I said we have had no problems, but I know that some people might not enjoy living there.
