These apartments really do suck. I have had no heat for 2 winters and air conditioner off and on. The only good thing about the apartments are the size. But the violence, the maintance, grounds keepers, office workers and etc...are really bad. I do not recommend these apartments unless you really are desperate. I am tryimg to get an attorney to take a class action suit againts the apartments due to they never respond to problems or gangs and the openess of the drug selling going on in the back. Do not bring children into these apartments unless you want them raped or molested. I have had a fire at the apartments due to the bad maintance of the heating system and the apartments do not care. We had to pay for our own repairs. Another reason to file a law suit and the gang bangers are taking over. The rent is outrageous for what you have to put up with. The roaches and rats are plentiful and you must pay for your own extermination. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
