My friend and I were looking for a 3 bedroom apartment and we needed one ASAP, Waterford Park was the only place that had one available. They did not have one to show, so they showed us the office (which use to be a 3 bedroom), okay nice enough. So we get to see the apartment the day we move in and it is not so bad. Or so we think...in the master bedroom neither the heat nor the air worked. In one of the other bedrooms the closet smelled like someone had been using it as a restroom, nothing we did got rid of the funky smell. We had roaches for about a month, which we finally had to get rid of on our own. There were mice and the maintenance did nothing about it. There was never hot water, and the water was always off for one reason or another. There were many times we had to boil water on the stove to have a hot bath.

One of the maintenance men (a known drug user) went to jail for drug possession and still had his job when he got out! I don't know about you but I don't people like that to have access to the place I live.

My neighbors moved and left there apartment a horrible disgusting mess; trash on the balcony so rotten and smelly even the flies stayed away. Four months had went by before I moved and they still had not cleaned out the sty they left.

One of the girls in the office was really nice, really plesant, and helpful. But the same cannot be said for the other women.

With all that said; would I rent her again, or recommend anyone else to live here' The answer is a big resounding NO!!!!
