(user photo) This is what the restroomlooks like from the celing if you look on the side where the pot is at u see the sides cracking from the leak and mold. (user photo) Closer look of the crack on the side. Its HORRIBLE! (user photo) Water going into the hall ways and into the room.

THIS IS THE WORSE APARTMENTS EVER!!!!!!!! I WISHED I WOULD HAVE NEVER MOVED HERE. IN ONE OF MY BEDROOMS THERE IS NO AC...I WENT TO MANAGEMENT COMPLAINING ABOUT IT AND NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!! I WAS SOOOO PISSED OFF!!!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TO MOVE HERE. IT WOULD BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! YOU WILL REGRET SERIOUSLY!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!1 I AM WARNING PEOPLE WHO ARE INTERESTED..DO NOT MOVE!!! THERE ARE MANY OTHER APARTMENTS THAT ARE NICE!!!! SO TAKE YOUR TIME IN LOOK!!! DONT LET WATERFORD APARTMENTS BE ONE OF YOUR CHOICES!!!!! THINK ABOUT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU MAKE THAT DECISION...
