1st the office manage Summer is Horrible never does her job over paid for doing nothing. Devon is a IDIOT never does what she is suppose to do. They never complete any work order the maintaince guys dont know what they are doing it is a mess. THERE ARE LOTS OF ROACHES, and it is nasty. The apartment is very spacious but your not getting what you pay for with the POOR staff and things they dont do. Have the heater units work, they never complete what they say they are gonna do. Just go else where

I disagree. Summer has been nothing but great every time I have been in the office. When she left there was no more security patrol. The new manager is untrained and unorganized. Yes this place goes through managers like water but Summer was by far better than Nina and Sheriva. Now we have Scott and he is horriable and rude.

I have been been here for 7 months. Summer was rude and cussed everybody out. Then there was an idiot guy that sat in his van all day and did nothing. Then Scott was the manager and he was an idiot. Now they have a new girl that totally rocks. I went to her about some issues I had and my stuff got done the same day. The other two people in the office annett and scot are still idiots. They need to go. But this new girl even walks the property late at night. And now I do not see big crowds of people anymore. I feels safer. There are still lots of roaches, but she says they are going to exterminate soon so I feel good about it. Bottom line is the new management is great. So I will be staying, where I had been looking to move. And I have told my friend to come move in because the new manager will give me $150 referral fee if I get her in.
