Safe neighborhood, however upkeep sucks

The apartments are safe, in fact the manager now lives on property, other tenents are respectful however maintance sucks. The framing around the window in my daughter's room leaks, there are holes that were covered by boards and painted over, if you can afford to live somewhere a little newer in this area, go for it
