Only if you MUST! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The best thing about the community is the location. Near Randolph, the Forum, a beautiful movie theater, a mall, HEB- nothing is very far. Too bad the ever-changing management were such a pain to deal with. The complex is old, translated old carpet, old appliances, old cabinets, and OLD A/C. Our energy bills were above 200 most months. They allowed drug-using kids to move in our building. After months of neighbor complaining and police calls, they moved out. We moved out at the end of 1 year and the troubles continued. Whatever you do, REPEAT, whatever you do- TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR EMPTY CLEAN APARTMENT UPON MOVEOUT and make sure you get a walk-thru. I was charged for another apartments damages because the revolving managers don't know who lives where, or how to keep accurate records. It is hard to find a highly recommended apartment. It must be the nature of apartment communities. Just choose a community based on your needs, be safe, know your rights, and hope for the best. Good Luck!
