The complex does look decent on the outside, but the inside is horrible. The carpets are disgusting and one of the property managers told me that it had only been there a year. Yeah right! They took forever to even respond to me after I put in my application. It took almost 2 weeks, so I decided to look someplace else since it was taking forever. So, of course they didn't want to give me back my deposit. I had to go to the office and actually wait while they did something. The kitchen appliances are old and falling apart. The washer/dryer closet space is horrible. You might be able to fit a washer in there sideways. They have like one maintenence guy who allways seems to be out of it.
good things: there's a small playground or two; basketball/tennis court; pool; workout facility.
Keep looking though, there are much better for decent prices.
