My boyfriend and I got our first apartment here. I got home from work one day to find my front door had been kicked in and all of my valuable belongings stolen. It took maintenance a week to come over and secure our front door. It was a terrible safety hazard. Our neighbors were very into drugs, and would smoke weed outside on their front porches. We complained to Management, but nothing was ever done. We finally moved out when our close friend (who also lived there) was shot in the face. His apartment was broken into and he was held at gunpoint while the robbers took his things and then was shot on their way out. Luckily he lived, but was evicted, because management said it was his fault his apartment was broken into, and his fault he was shot, and they couldn't have a threat like him on property. How messed up is that logic'!' Not like he would have stayed any way, but they should have just released him from his lease.

it was his fault because he picked up people at a bar and he did not even know these people... he was too busy trying to get laid from this girl and thats why he got beaten up and robbed... so get the facts straight... i use to work there and I talked to this guy and he admitted just that... so wise up... yes this apt complex sucks and its old, but you knew what you were getting when you leased... you probably leased her because they take broken leases and people who have been evicted... thats why most people do move there... get a clue and clean up your credit then you can move in some where safe!!!
