good maintenance, nice management, noisy air traffic From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/6/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Maintenance responds within 20 minutes of a complaint. The management is nice but very strict as to following the rules that you agree to when you sign your lease. There are a lot of kids hanging out on the property most of the time, but not causing trouble, just playing in the pool or walking around. Its very family oriented with some special events held at the office for children around the holidays. Its usually pretty quiet except for the constant air traffic to Randolph AFB.
