WARNING!! DO NOT MOVE IN THIS HELL HOLE!!!!!

My boyfriend and I have been living here for 9 months now and all I can say is "It's trash." First of all the crickets are all over the place! There were coming from everywhere including the ceiling, lights, and cracks in the doors. There is no parking and you have to park in the fire lanes. There are cracks in every room in the apt and they wont fix them! The people in the office sux and sum to loose your rent payment, threaten to evict you, and then find it 7 days later and charge you all kinds of late fees. Then the maintence people feel that they can enter your apt any time they feel like it and come up with a bogus work order that you didn't ask for!! So just a warning The Villages of Kitty Hawk is not where you wanna be!!

I currently live here, and I have to agree. This is the worst place I've ever lived. I can't get out of my Lease, is there anyone who can help. Also, here recently, there have been about 9 cars that where Towed away. There's no parking. If you looking for a place to live, "DON'T LIVE HERE", it stinks.
