I lived here for 4 months or so. I was so ready to get out i didn't even care about not getting my deposit refunded. The apartments were not that bad, but the environment was horrible. I witnessed 3 drive-by shootings while i was there. Also, there are bugs and mice. The toilet always ran. There was a rumor about the maintenance man breaking into apartments and stealing things. The management was hardly ever there. The walls and carpet seemed ok, but the other renters were really bad! Also the management was out right scary. When i told them i wanted out, they started yelling at me telling me i was going to owe them money. Too much to deal with.
