The Reserve at Stonegate,
Not really sure why construction is still going on and why everything is not picture perfect yet. We have been here for a few months. Everything is good so far. The thug element is starting to move in, via the really loud music, walking across the grass in and around the pool area.
Also not sure why the rental rates are so high when the apartments themselves are pretty basic. Not at all what you would call "luxury".
They are advertising this place like crazy.
Everything is average at best.
