1. Construction of the apartments are below standard. Luxury, please give me a break. If you think this is luxury one obvious is not use to luxury.
2. Unprofessional staff.
3. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures/floors are horrible. Desparately need some serious updating. The same can be said for closet door knobs. I agree with the previous person. Those type of cheap doorknobs will not stay on very long.
4. Maintenance could be better in terms of response time and fixing things correctly.
5. Low-grade carpeting.
6. It's funny that in the lease it states that one should not put clothes on the balcony (by the way it is done by some tenants). I guess they are trying to keep a high standard of living. Well to do that you also need to do better with construction, staff and maintenance first).

Oh and in terms of what's nearby. Nothing!!! The worst Hechts' Dept. Store in Maryland. The worst chain movie theatre. If you truly want to enjoy fine dining, quality shopping and the theater. Go to White Marsh, Columbia Mall, Towson Mall, Pikesville, Pentagon City, Elkridge, MD and DC (NYC) but forget Security Square Mall which is made up of Hip Hop junk stores and a mediocre restaurants.

I beg to differ......I guess this person had nothing better to do but put this place down....I have been here for over a year and it is a wonderful place to live!!!!!
