this has been the most traumatic year of my life! when i first moved in i had a woman addicted to drugs, and i mean the really bad ones, living in my building. she asked myself and every other neighbor for use of our phones at least 4 times a day, stole personal property and beat her elderly roommate daily. after she was evicted, and only after many complaints from myself and others, things quieted up. then of course the complex was sold over for the 3rd time since i moved in. now we have an even worse staff than before. i proved myself wrong it is possible! i know of at least 2 fairly prominent drug dealers in my adjoining building. there were gang tags in our drive, in which were removed only after many complaints. i correct myself spray painted over. we have roaches, drug users, drug dealers, and prostitutes living here. the apartments are cheap, the appliances are cheap. i am also curious why i paid an ammenity fee. we have nothing that i was told we would. instead of a continental breakfast i have illicit drug smoke. instead of a personal trainer i have hellicopters circling my neighborhood. the best' instead of a theatre room we have the pleasure of watching swat teams bust apartments at 5am. if you value quiet, safety, and fine living stay away!
