Since the new management has been into play and since they let go of the last maintenance supervisor, i see alot of changes happening, I have been here for sometime and I notice that the new manager
Tina really cares about this community, I notice that they are going to be putting up survelliance cameras throughout the property and I even noticed just a couple of weeks ago that the actual property manager was on the property picking up dog waste on her day off. This is what we finally need here at the Reserve. I like the new manager because she will work with you if you where to fall into a situation when you can't pay your rent and she actually goes out of her way to give you information on agencies. Even now when a maintenance request is put in it is done within 2 to 3 days. I really see positive changes in this community and for those who gave this community a negative review I think that you seriously need to rethink it. Maybe it was because they didn't get what they want, it is all in how you treat people. I am glad to have a caring manager(TINA) because she is making a be difference and it takes a lot of time and energy to clean up what others messed up....they are just doing there jobs.
