Be sure to read the lease carefully

Whoever heard of repaying incentives' I understand there being a fee to break the lease (250.00 one month's rent), but having to pay back the free month's rent is crazy. In order to break the lease in a two bedroom apartment here totals $2770.00. But if you choose to rent here, be ready to not have anything fixed properly, be given the run around as to when things will be fixed, and be on the look out for dummy outlets (no wiring behind the outlets). Save your money, rent someplace cheaper and be a bit more comfortable.

They are extremely unfair with their lease agreements. It's almost to the point where you feel like you are being swindled out of your money. Most aparts charge a premium of an extra $50 to $100 for a six month lease or month to month. They wanted over $300 extra for a month to month. It's sickening

I have never seen it work any other way. Every complex I've lived in which is a total of 9 that had incentives, included having to pay them back if breaking the lease.
