I have been living here for the past year and never had a problem with management. The maintance staff not all that bright, at least try to get to your problems as soon as possible. On the otherhand, NASTY-A$$ neighbors. I have a dog and as any good owner clean up behind my pooch. Unfortunately, most of the neighbors do not, which is sad because this was the only pet freindly community that I didn't have to wait on a 'pet building' to open.
Also I have never lived in a community where so many people cannot say 'hello' while staring at you in the face. Management I have had no problems.
Now as for the price....TOO much for the space and the noise. Who were the designers of this place' Your bedroom is located next to the outside wall (where the inside stairs are).
